By accessing and using heliosolve.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of the Site

The Site is an informational platform for Heliosolve Inc. presenting our solar engineering services and the Heliosolve SaaS product, currently under development. The Site allows users to:

• Request information about our services.
• Register for the Heliosolve product waitlist.
• Subscribe to our newsletter.

3. Waitlist

Registration on the Heliosolve SaaS waitlist does not guarantee access to the product or any specific features. Early access will be granted at the sole discretion of Heliosolve Inc. based on availability and internal selection criteria.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including texts, images, logos, designs, and downloadable documents — is the property of Heliosolve Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Site content without express written authorization from Heliosolve Inc. is prohibited.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following are prohibited:

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Panama City.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits the rights afforded to them under applicable European legislation.
