1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using heliosolve.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the Site.

These Terms govern the use of this website. Use of the Heliosolve product is governed by the agreement signed with each organization.

2. Description of the Site

The Site is an informational platform for Heliosolve Inc. presenting the Heliosolve product, a cloud platform for utility-scale PV simulation. The Site allows users to:

• Request information about the product.
• Submit a request for access to the closed beta.

3. Beta access requests

Submitting a request for access to the Heliosolve closed beta does not guarantee access to the product or to any specific features. Access will be granted at the sole discretion of Heliosolve Inc. based on availability and internal selection criteria.

4. Academic license

Heliosolve offers an academic license to universities, technical institutes and public research centers. It may be used only for teaching and research. It may not be used in commercial projects or in paid consulting or engineering services, including those carried out by a university laboratory or department for third parties. Reports generated under the academic license carry an academic-use watermark. Price, seats, scope and term are set in the quote and agreement with each institution, which prevail over this summary.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including texts, images, logos, designs, and downloadable documents — is the property of Heliosolve Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Site content without express written authorization from Heliosolve Inc. is prohibited.

6. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following are prohibited:

• Attempting to access unauthorized systems or data.
• Using the Site to send unsolicited communications (spam).
• Reproducing or distributing Site content without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Heliosolve Inc. shall not be liable for:

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Panama City.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits the rights afforded to them under applicable European legislation.
