Heliosolve Inc. ("Heliosolve", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to heliosolve.com ("the Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are.

2. Information We Collect
We only collect information you voluntarily provide through the Site's forms:
- Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, and message.
- Waitlist (Heliosolve beta): name, email address, and optionally company.
- Newsletter: email address.
We do not use tracking cookies, tracking pixels, or advertising tools. In addition to the forms, we collect aggregated and anonymous analytics data on the terms set out in Section 3.
3. Analytics and Performance Measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, tools provided by our hosting provider, to understand which pages are visited and to measure the Site's technical performance. Both are designed to operate without identifying visitors:
- No cookies are used and no information is stored on your device for analytics purposes. Visitors are distinguished by a hash derived from the incoming request, which is automatically discarded after 24 hours and does not allow your browsing to be reconstructed across sessions, applications, or different websites.
- Your IP address is not stored, nor is any identifier that would allow you to be re-identified.
- Data collected by Web Analytics: event timestamp, URL and route visited, referrer, filtered query parameters, approximate location derived from the request (country, region, and city), operating system, browser and device type, and script version.
- Data collected by Speed Insights: route and URL, page load performance metrics (Web Vitals), network speed, browser, operating system, device type, and country.
This data is processed in aggregated and anonymous form and is not combined with the information you provide through the forms. Full details are available in the Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights privacy policies.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Respond to your contact inquiries.
- Notify you about the launch and updates of the Heliosolve product.
- Send you our newsletter if you have subscribed.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own commercial purposes.
5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), processing is based on:
- Explicit consent: by completing and submitting any form on the Site.
- Legitimate interest: to respond to contact requests related to our services, and to measure Site usage and performance in aggregated, anonymous form (Section 3), which does not allow you to be identified.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@heliosolve.com.
6. Applicable Legal Framework
This Site operates under Law 81 of 2019 of the Republic of Panama on personal data protection. For users in the European Union, we additionally apply the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7. Service Providers
We work with the following providers who may process your data:
- Resend (resend.com): transactional email delivery.
- Vercel (vercel.com): Site hosting, plus usage and performance analytics (Section 3).
These providers act as data processors and are subject to their own privacy policies.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary for the purposes described, or until you request deletion. Newsletter unsubscribe requests are processed immediately.
The analytics data described in Section 3 is retained in aggregated form. The hash used to distinguish visitors is automatically discarded after 24 hours.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: request deletion of your personal data.
- Objection: object to the use of your data for marketing.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format (EEA users).

10. Security
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is completely infallible.
11. Minors
The Site is not directed at individuals under 16 years of age and we do not intentionally collect data from minors.

We may occasionally update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new version with an updated date.
